A brand's whole business lives on its record. Here is how that record is protected, in plain language.

Every seat sees only its own

Row-level security is enforced in the database on every table, not only in the app. Each seat is scoped to its role and its brands: a brand never sees another brand, and a client seat never sees a broker's commission.

Sign-in you control

Two-factor sign-in is available for every seat. Single sign-on with Okta, Microsoft Entra and Google comes with Scale and Enterprise. Banking details sit behind a passkey.

Encrypted, in transit and at rest

Traffic to Dialed uses TLS. Data is encrypted at rest by our database and storage providers. Payment cards are handled by Stripe and never touch Dialed.

An audit log of sensitive actions

Changes to permissions, banking details, payouts and other sensitive records are logged with who did what and when.

Pearl drafts. A person approves.

Pearl reads only the accounts a user connects, within the permissions granted. Every message she drafts waits for a person to approve it. Nothing goes to a buyer, brand or vendor on its own.

AI with limits

AI spend is capped every day per workspace, so usage stays predictable. Your content is not used to train models for anyone else.

Connected accounts you can revoke

Microsoft 365 and Google connections use the providers' own sign-in. Disconnect at any time and Dialed stops reading that account.
