Questions, answered.

What Dialed is, what Pearl does and does not do, how pricing works, and how your data is kept.

The product

What is Dialed?

Dialed is the sales operating system for teams that sell into Costco. Your team gets one workspace with one record per brand, and every program, sample, PO, invoice and payout lives on that record. Pearl, the assistant built in, reads your mail and files and drafts the next move.

Who is it for?

Two kinds of teams. Brands that run their own retail business, and brokers and sales teams who run a book of brands. Both work on the same record, so a brand and its broker never keep two versions of the truth.

Is it only for Costco?

Dialed is built for Costco first: its programs, regions, buyers, item setup and paperwork are modeled in the product. It is open to other retailers too. Scale and Enterprise plans add more retailers beyond Costco, and every plan can track them.

Pearl

What does Pearl do?

Pearl reads the mail, files and calls you connect, keeps each brand record current, and tees up the next step: a follow-up, a PO to confirm, a sample to ship, a document a buyer asked for. You can talk to her by chat or by voice.

Does Pearl send anything on her own?

No. Pearl drafts. A person reads, edits and approves every message before it leaves, and nothing goes to a buyer, a brand or a vendor without that approval.

Does Pearl learn my voice?

Yes. Pearl reads the mail you have already sent and drafts in the way you write: your greetings, your length, your sign-off. Each person on your team gets drafts in their own voice.

Is my data used to train anything outside my workspace?

No. Your mail, files and records are used only to serve your workspace. They are never used to train models for anyone else.

Brands and brokers

Do brands pay when a broker invites them?

No. A broker plan includes three client seats per brand at no cost to the brand. The brand signs in, sees its own record, and works alongside its broker.

Can a brand keep its data if it changes brokers?

Yes. The record belongs to the brand. If a brand moves to a new broker or goes on its own, its items, programs, files and history stay with it. There is one record, never a copy to rebuild.

Pricing and billing

Monthly or annual?

Both. Monthly plans bill each month and cancel anytime. Annual plans bill once a year and cost two months less than twelve monthly payments.

What do extra brands and seats cost?

On a broker plan, each brand past your plan limit is $29 a month. Each client seat past the three included per brand is $10 a month. You can add either at any time.

How do I cancel?

Monthly plans cancel anytime from your workspace settings or by writing to us, and run to the end of the paid month. Annual plans renew yearly; cancel before the renewal date and the plan runs to the end of its term. You can export your records before you go.

Getting started

We use Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Asana or spreadsheets. Can we switch?

Yes. Send us your exports or connect the sources, and we bring your brands, contacts, items and open programs into Dialed during onboarding. Spreadsheets are the most common starting point and move over cleanly.

How long does onboarding take?

It starts with a walkthrough. Most teams are live in the first week: brands set up, mail connected, and Pearl drafting from day one.

Security

Who can see our data?

Only the seats you allow. Row-level security is enforced in the database on every table, so each seat sees only what its role and its brands permit. A brand never sees another brand, and a client seat never sees your commission.

Do you support single sign-on and two-factor?

Yes. Two-factor sign-in is available on every seat, and single sign-on with Okta, Microsoft Entra and Google comes with Scale and Enterprise.

Is our data encrypted? Can we sign a DPA?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and sensitive actions are kept in an audit log. A data processing agreement is available on request. Read more on the security page.
